The write off week came early but I think it’s here to stay till… probably Sunday.
All is not lost though. My bad habits make it so I don’t gain weight. Not right away anyway so I guess that’s good and bad. But it won’t be like this for long.
No pictures today. It was all sporadic. Plus, I kinda like seeing the list of things I ate in the form it was done yesterday. Really makes me gauge if it’s as bad as it seems. Today, it’s going to be bad.
I didn’t have a smoothie today. But get this! The reason why I didn’t have one today is because I felt so bloated yesterday after it. The kicker though, is my bloating didn’t stop me from having my left over Zinger burger. Go figure.
My priorities are all fucked up.
What I Ate:
- Cappuccino with Oat Milk
- Sour Cream and Chive rice cakes
- A Gingerbread cookie
- Homemade Veggie Soup with Injera
- A piece of Iraqi Bread
- Piece of Chocolate
- Some party candies
- Zinger Burger
- 4 Wicked Wings
- Large Chips
Seeing this in list form makes me realize it’s alot. And I’m starting to see a pattern.
Seems after lunch things get a bit loose. I wonder if this is going to be the issue tomorrow.
I’m optimistic though. I have no more leftover garbage to eat so it’s looking promising.
