It’s another day of eating basically the same thing as I have been the last 2 days. It’s not that entertaining but to be honest, I’m feeling alittle better. I don’t know if it’s the healthier eating I’ve been participating in or the real huge increase of veggies and fruits into my system but I think… Maybe it’s doing something?
I’ve noticed that my grazing all day on sunflower seeds and copious amounts of lettuce and tomatoes is doing nothing to me gaining weight and is actually going better than I expected. My mind is conditioned to think that anything that goes into me equals FAT but turns out my body is telling me it’s not. And I couldn’t be happier right now.
To keep up with all this healthy improvement I bought 2 things today.
1- A new scale. I got an alright one but I thought I’d take it up a notch and get “smart” with my weight.
2 – I invested in a waaaaay better kitchen scale because the one I got is absolute trash. Everything I weigh is out of whack. But it’s the best I can do.
Best thing is I don’t have to wait long. It gets delivered Sunday.

– cappuccino with oat milk.
And can I just pause for a moment to praise myself on the near perfect and adorable nipple capp that I made?
– Berry Smoothie.
– Rice cakes and I ate a shit ton of sunflower seeds which I didn’t feel the need to take a pic of. Half because it’s not interesting and half because it was an embarrassing amount of seeds.
– Some hot chips
– Rotisserie chicken on bread and butter with a slice of colby cheese and gravy. I actually had 2 of them. I ate one and then was like “Hold on. I didn’t take a picture of it. I guess I have to have another one”.
I did go over slightly today but I think it’s okay. I really did enjoy that chicken.
On the downside, I made it 2 days but messed up today. But it’s okay. The 2 days was a good run and one I haven’t had in months. So for that I’m happy.
