I need to be accountable again so here we go.
Breakfast:
- Cappuccino with Oat milk

Lunch:
- Berry Smoothie
- Mixed Berries
- Half of a Banana
- I replaced peanut butter with cashew nut butter.
- Tbls of Flaxseed Oil
- Normal Almond Milk

Snack:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 slices of Colby cheese

Random Snack:
- A big carrot

Dinner:
- Herbed Kangaroo steak
- Salad w/cherry tomatoes, purple onion
- A couple homemade white sourdough croutons
- Drizzle of garlic infused olive oil


Decided to go for a walk after dinner because I heard the next couple days will be pouring rain and crazy winds and to be honest that has basically been my reason for not taking the dogs for a walk. So, I didn’t want to make it another couple days we didn’t go out. Plus, my body really needed some fresh air and movement (it hasn’t been too good lately). Happy we went a stroll though.

I also am trying to get into the habit of logging my food again. I find that it helps me see exactly what’s going on.
This time around though I don’t think I’m doing it to lose weight. I want to of course but I’m starting to think being healthy is more important than being skinny. As much as I want to lose the 5kgs I put on. I’ve realized I’m getting older, and I have to do it a smarter way.
(I’m not a kid anymore….)
I’m pretty proud of my day though. Again, just like yesterday I kept the good food in and kept going on with my day.
Second day in a row.
Hopefully I can make it three.
