Besides all the really good things that I should be proud of I did something today that I haven’t done in so long. Today was the first time I just ate and carried on with my day. I didn’t do anything but eat good and moved on. I know what I mean but this cryptic message but I’m super proud of myself.
I made sure I ate good today to avoid me freaking out and putting my day into a downward spiral.
I DID NOT EAT SHIT.
I DID NOT BINGE.
I just kept it calm.
For breakfast I had my cappuccino with oat milk. That’s something I recently introduced into my life and I’m so happy I did.
For a morning snack I had a smoothie.
- An assortment of berries (cherry, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry)
- Banana
- Peanut Butter
- Almond Milk
- Flaxseed Oil
I snacked on sunflower seeds all day. Those bastards really make you fight for that seed.
For lunch I didn’t want to rock the boat with my bod so I opted for a stack of green beans with salt and alittle chili infused olive oil, a bunch of cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of cheese.

Already feeling proud of myself I thought “Hey lets keep this going. You can do it!”. So I made some homemade soup.
- Green Beans
- Carrots
- Onion
- More cherry tomatoes cause I have 6 punnets left and need to eat them soon or I’ll have to throw them out
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Oregano
- Flaxseed Oil
- Chicken stock
- Water

It came out so good. I had it with a few wafer crackers. And later on I had a piece of sourdough bread.
And I kept it all in.
I weighed myself at the end of the night which is something I said I wouldn’t do but I wanted to see if this type of eating would do anything to me. And surprisingly, I was really happy with the result. Usually I would be up 2kg in the day but I didn’t gain anything all day.
That’s what I ate today and it’s been a proud day for me.
