In the last month and a half that I’ve been MIA a bit has happened.
- Melbourne has finally come out of lockdown after 2 months. Remember when I said we were told it would be 2 weeks…. Yeah it wasn’t.
- Mandatory vaccinations has happened.
- My mom got sick of this country and moved to The States.
- My youngest sister also left.
- We bought a lawn mower
On the up side, since my mom has been gone I’ve been talking a whole lot more to my siblings and have been seeing them every couple weeks. It’s been real nice. Brendan and I were over there last week for Halloween. Was good hanging out with everyone. Mind you I have quite a few siblings. 5 to be exact. The youngest that moved is 15 years old. The ones that are here range between 27 years old and 20. Last weekend was also good cause I got to meet my brothers girlfriend and see my nephew. Both my sister’s had friends over as well, so it was a full house. All you need is my family in one room and it’s basically a party. There’s plenty of them.
Besides that, that’s all I got.
Christmas is just around the corner and I’m freaking out about presents and what to get people. And now with some of the fam being overseas I got to work out when to send stuff cause the postal system here is absolute shit and is currently backlogged and delayed. I know this may not seem like a big deal (and it aint) but it’s still damn stressful.
Side note, I really don’t like Christmas.
